Rosie Gifts allows you to upload a photograph, which our AI technology transforms into a unique illustration. You can then place that illustration on merchandise — currently mugs and t-shirts — which we produce and ship to you or a recipient of your choice. All products are made to order using professional printing equipment and shipped worldwide.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used fraudulently.
Your photos: You retain full ownership of any photographs you upload to Rosie Gifts. By uploading a photo, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process, transform, and reproduce that image solely for the purpose of creating and fulfilling your order.
AI-generated illustrations: The illustrations created by our AI are derived from your uploaded photos. You receive a personal, non-exclusive licence to use the resulting illustration as part of the merchandise you order. We retain the right to use anonymised, non-identifiable examples of AI output for service improvement and marketing, unless you opt out by contacting us.
Our content: The Rosie Gifts name, logo, website design, and all related intellectual property are owned by us and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.
Your responsibility: You confirm that you have the right to use any photo you upload. You must not upload images that infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that we reasonably believe violates these guidelines, without liability.
All prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Shipping is free worldwide.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers. By placing an order, you confirm that the payment information provided is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method.
An order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed. You will receive an email confirmation with your order details. We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or violations of these Terms.

All products are made to order. Typical delivery takes 5–12 business days from the date of order, depending on your location. Production usually begins within 24 hours of order confirmation.
While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to factors outside our control, such as customs processing or courier delays. We are not liable for delays caused by third parties.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow its progress.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rosie Gifts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
Our total liability for any claim arising from or relating to our service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
We provide our AI illustration service on an “as is” basis. While we aim for high-quality results, we cannot guarantee that every AI-generated illustration will meet your exact expectations, as the nature of AI processing means results may vary.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.
You may close your account at any time by contacting us at support@rosiegifts.com. Outstanding orders will still be fulfilled.
We may suspend or terminate your access to Rosie Gifts at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that have already accrued.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Rosie Gifts shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you may also have statutory rights under the laws of your country of residence.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on our website.
